In nomine Ver

In nomine Ver – A unique collector’s set of seven glass caddies with the theme of the origin of life

… On the germ of ideal, on desire, on spring creation, on the act of birth and evolution…

A caddy as a shell, hiding a secret. A look at an object like this evokes interest in what is hidden inside. Its decoration is allegorically based on its meaning. The glass skeleton, certain variations of which are semi-translucent while others are intentionally opaque, makes an impression on those who are looking at it as if it protected ideals. In certain colour variations of the glass, its surface fails to transmit light. This reflects the author’s clear-cut desire for intimacy of that object.

Ellipse is considered to be the cleanest and most harmonious shape in nature. The life-giving meaning of the egg is an essential theme for the author.

Glass artefact – its body is composed of two parts: the base and the top. Its height is approximately 50 cm. The cut decoration evenly diminishes, hand in hand with the shrinking radius of the egg.
The parting line passes through the perfect ovoid shape of the caddy at the golden ratio, with both parts being adjusted to stand firmly on a flat surface.
